PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Doctor of Episcopal Leadership (D.EL.) is an advanced doctoral program designed to develop Christ-centered episcopal leaders with deep theological understanding, visionary leadership, and excellence in church governance. The program integrates biblical scholarship, ecclesiastical leadership, pastoral oversight, strategic administration, and servant leadership to prepare graduates for senior leadership roles within the Church. Through rigorous research, practical ministry application, and leadership development, students are equipped to strengthen churches, mentor leaders, uphold biblical doctrine, and provide faithful episcopal leadership that advances the mission of Christ locally and globally.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of 60 credit hours.
- Passing of comprehensive examination.
- Completion and defense of a doctoral dissertation (50,000–70,000 words).
- Demonstrated episcopal ministry impact project (e.g., diocesan development plan, episcopal training institute, or global church partnership initiative).
