PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Bachelor of Episcopal Leadership (B.E.L.) is an undergraduate degree program designed to prepare students for effective leadership within episcopal and church ministry contexts. The program provides a strong foundation in biblical studies, theology, church administration, pastoral leadership, and episcopal governance. Students develop spiritual maturity, leadership skills, and practical ministry experience necessary for serving the Church with integrity, wisdom, and compassion. Through academic study and ministry training, graduates are equipped to lead congregations, support church organizations, and contribute to the growth and mission of the Church.
