PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Doctor of Church History (DCH) is an advanced academic program designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the historical development of Christianity from the apostolic era to the present day. Students critically examine major theological movements, church councils, influential leaders, denominational traditions, missionary expansion, and the relationship between the Church and society throughout history. This program equips scholars, pastors, educators, and Christian leaders with historical insight, research competence, and theological discernment, enabling them to preserve the Church's heritage, interpret historical developments biblically, and apply the lessons of history to contemporary ministry and Christian leadership.
