PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Master of Episcopal Leadership (MEL) is a graduate-level program designed to prepare Christian leaders for effective episcopal ministry, church governance, pastoral oversight, and strategic leadership within local, regional, and global church contexts. This program integrates advanced biblical and theological studies with leadership development, ecclesiastical administration, pastoral care, and practical ministry experience, equipping graduates to provide visionary leadership, strengthen church unity, mentor emerging leaders, and faithfully serve the Body of Christ.

ADMISSION CRITERIA

Applicant must hold a Bachelor of Episcopal Leadership, or an equivalent degree from an approved theological institution. Candidates with proven ministry experience in church leadership may be given preference.
