PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Bachelor of Eldership Studies (B.ES) is a comprehensive undergraduate program designed to prepare men and women for biblical leadership, pastoral oversight, and servant leadership within the local church and Christian ministry. Grounded in Scripture and historic Christian leadership principles, this program equips students with theological knowledge, spiritual maturity, pastoral skills, and practical ministry experience. Students develop competencies in church leadership, shepherding, teaching, discipleship, counseling, and biblical governance, enabling them to serve effectively as spiritual leaders in churches, ministries, and Christian organizations.
