PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Bachelor of Aramaic Language and Literature (B.ALL) is a four-year academic program designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the Aramaic language, its historical development, literary traditions, and its significance in biblical, theological, and cultural studies. The program combines language acquisition, grammatical analysis, translation skills, and the study of ancient and medieval Aramaic texts. Students explore biblical Aramaic, Syriac literature, historical documents, and the cultural heritage of Aramaic-speaking communities. Through academic research, textual interpretation, and practical language training, the program prepares students for advanced studies, biblical scholarship, teaching, translation work, and Christian ministry involving biblical languages and ancient texts.
