The Doctor of Youth Ministry (DYM) is an advanced doctoral program designed to equip experienced ministry leaders with biblical, theological, and practical expertise for effective youth discipleship and leadership. The program integrates advanced research, pastoral ministry, leadership development, counseling, and contemporary youth culture to prepare graduates for impactful ministry in churches, educational institutions, and global mission contexts.
