PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Doctor of Hebrew Language and Literature (D.H.L.L.) is an advanced doctoral program designed to provide scholars, theologians, translators, and Christian leaders with an in-depth mastery of Biblical Hebrew, Hebrew literature, linguistic research, and advanced exegetical studies. The program emphasizes scholarly engagement with the Hebrew Scriptures in their original language, enabling students to conduct independent research, contribute to biblical scholarship, and strengthen the theological understanding of the Old Testament. GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of 60 credit hours.
- Passing of comprehensive examination.
- Completion and defense of a doctoral dissertation (50,000–70,000 words).
