PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Doctor of Church Committee Leadership (D.C.C.L.) is an advanced doctoral program designed to develop highly competent Christian leaders for effective governance, strategic decision-making, and servant leadership within church committees and ministry organizations. The program integrates biblical theology, organizational leadership, church administration, conflict resolution, governance, and strategic planning with original doctoral research, preparing graduates to strengthen church leadership structures, promote unity, and advance the mission of the Church with integrity and excellence.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of 60 credit hours.
- Passing of comprehensive examination.
- Completion and defense of a doctoral dissertation (50,000–70,000 words).
