PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Doctor of Church Management (D.C.M.) is an advanced doctoral program designed to develop highly competent Christian leaders with expertise in biblical leadership, church administration, organizational development, strategic planning, financial stewardship, and ministry governance. GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of 60 credit hours.
- Passing of comprehensive examination.
- Completion and defense of a doctoral dissertation (50,000–70,000 words).
- Demonstrated church management impact project (e.g., governance reform, sustainable financial systems, conflict resolution framework, or church development model).
