PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Doctor of Women Leadership (DWL) is an advanced doctoral program designed to develop women as biblically grounded, spiritually mature, and academically equipped leaders for ministry, education, missions, and community transformation. The program integrates biblical theology, leadership theory, research, mentoring, and practical ministry to prepare graduates for influential leadership, scholarly contribution, organizational development, and the advancement of God's Kingdom in diverse cultural and global contexts.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of 60 credit hours.
- Passing of comprehensive examination.
- Completion and defense of a doctoral dissertation (50,000–70,000 words).
- Demonstrated women leadership ministry impact project (leadership development, advocacy networks, church/mission empowerment initiative).
