PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Bachelor of Church Committee Leadership (B.C.C.L) is an undergraduate program designed to prepare students for effective leadership and administration within church committees and ministry organizations. The program provides a strong biblical, theological, and organizational foundation while developing practical skills in governance, decision-making, communication, conflict resolution, and ministry administration. Through the integration of biblical leadership principles and practical ministry training, students are equipped to serve faithfully in church boards, ministry committees, congregational leadership teams, and various Christian organizations. The program seeks to develop servant leaders who can guide churches with wisdom, integrity, accountability, and spiritual maturity.
