PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Bachelor of Women Leadership (B.W.L.) is a comprehensive undergraduate program designed to equip women with biblical wisdom, leadership principles, ministry skills, and practical knowledge for effective service in the church, community, and society. The program integrates Christian leadership, personal development, communication, counseling, and ministry training to prepare women for influential roles in faith-based and community settings. Through academic study, spiritual formation, and practical leadership experiences, students develop the confidence, character, and competencies necessary to lead with integrity, compassion, and biblical values in various ministry and professional contexts.
