The Diploma of Church Committee Leadership (Dip.CCL) is a comprehensive academic and ministry training program designed to equip church leaders with the biblical knowledge, leadership skills, and administrative competencies necessary for effective church committee service. This program integrates biblical leadership principles, church governance, strategic planning, teamwork, decision-making, and ministry administration to prepare individuals for responsible leadership roles within local churches and Christian organizations.
