PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Master of Eldership Studies (M.ES) is an advanced graduate program designed to prepare current and emerging church elders for biblically grounded, spiritually mature, and servant-hearted leadership. It provides in-depth study of biblical eldership, pastoral care, church governance, leadership ethics, and congregational oversight from a biblical and theological perspective. This program integrates advanced theological education with practical ministry training, enabling students to strengthen local churches, mentor believers, safeguard biblical doctrine, and lead God's people with wisdom, integrity, and faithfulness.
