PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Master of Women Leadership (M.W.L.) is a graduate-level program designed to prepare women for effective leadership in Christian ministry, education, nonprofit organizations, and community development. Grounded in biblical principles and contemporary leadership practices, the program develops strategic thinking, servant leadership, ethical decision-making, and the ability to inspire positive change in diverse cultural and ministry contexts. Through advanced academic study, leadership development, research, and practical ministry experience, students are equipped to mentor others, strengthen organizations, advocate for biblical values, and serve with wisdom, integrity, and compassion in local and global settings.
