PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Master of Church Management (M.C.M.) is a graduate-level program designed to prepare pastors, ministry leaders, church administrators, and Christian professionals for effective leadership and administration in contemporary church and ministry settings. The program integrates biblical leadership, strategic planning, organizational management, financial stewardship, human resource development, legal and ethical responsibilities, and ministry administration. Through academic study, practical application, and leadership development, students gain the knowledge and skills needed to manage churches and Christian organizations with integrity, excellence, and biblical wisdom.
