PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Master of Church Committee Leadership (M.C.C.) is a graduate-level academic program designed to prepare church leaders, ministry coordinators, and committee members for effective governance, strategic planning, and servant leadership within the local and global Church. This program integrates biblical leadership principles, organizational management, decision-making, conflict resolution, and ministry administration to equip graduates for excellence in church committee leadership, policy development, and collaborative ministry.
